| At Slurry Systems, Inc. quality control is taken seriously.
Their QA/QC program is enforced and maintained to ensure both safety and
reliability during construction. Slurry Systems, Inc. offers multiple slurry
mixes ( cement bentonite, Aspemix, or Impermix ) providing for all types of chemical compatibility and impermeability.
During construction, the slurry mix is formulated in an on-site batchplant
and tested by a regimen of specific field tests that provide a quality
control record of the entire beam installation process. The Vibrated
Beam Method, unlike conventional slurry wall installations, uses the
recording of slurry pressure to ensure a positive seal on each beam penetration.
It's like having a boring to find the impervious layer every linear feet
of wall. Test data from independent laboratories verifies the high standards
